I wish I could give this product zero stars. I purchased this WiFi UPS hoping it would be a reliable backup power solution for my home network. Instead, it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Here’s a detailed account of my horrifying experience: Safety Concern: The most alarming issue is that this UPS caught fire! Yes, you read that right. It wasn’t just a minor electrical issue; the device literally went up in flames. Thankfully, I was at home when it happened and could extinguish the fire quickly, but it could have easily burned down my house. This is a massive safety hazard and should not be sold to consumers. Poor Build Quality: From the moment I unboxed it, I noticed the cheap construction. The plastic casing felt flimsy, and the components inside were loosely fitted. The buttons were unresponsive, and the overall design seemed rushed and poorly executed. This level of build quality is unacceptable, especially for a device intended to provide emergency power. Ineffective Functionality: Before the fire incident, the UPS failed to perform its basic function. It struggled to keep my router and modem powered during even the shortest outages. The battery life was far shorter than advertised, and the device frequently disconnected from the network, defeating the whole purpose of a WiFi UPS. Customer Service: Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. When I reported the fire incident, they showed little concern for my safety or the potential danger their product posed. It took multiple calls and emails just to get a basic acknowledgment of my issue. Conclusion: This WiFi UPS is not just a waste of money; it’s a serious fire hazard. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this product is. For the safety of you and your loved ones, avoid this UPS at all costs. I’ve already reported this to the Consumer Product Safety Commission and hope others do the same to prevent any potential disasters. I know I'm very late here, but I just realised how much better the colours are without HDR. I used to dislike for example the look of tree trunks as it looked like a volcano has just rained ashes everywhere, but it is due to HDR. For a more real look, disable HDR.

The noise level depends on the 1-3 settings with how hard you want the machine to work. You can also upgrade the filters and get one better for pet hair and smells which is a must have in my home. I noticed the air seemed lighter and easier to breathe when running the machine for the first time. Works great every time. Highly recommended!
